Cain has redish hair and blue-grey eyes. He is about 20 years old. How tall is he? Well, Marvel doesn't say, but average-tallish guys come up to his chest. He usually wears blue jeans and t-shirts. He goes barefoot more often than not, but when he wears shoes they are usually combat boots.
